Auriga Partners S.A. is authorized by the Federal Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) as asset manager pursuant to art. 2 par. 1 letter a, as required by the Federal Law on Financial Institutions (LisFi), and it is affiliated with the self-regulatory body of AOOS – Swiss Supervisory Limited Company.

Auriga is also a member of the ASG (“Swiss Association of Asset Managers”).

Roberto Condulmari

Roberto Condulmari

Partner & Chairman

Before founding Auriga Partners in 2019, Roberto was a Portfolio Manager at Compass Asset Management where he ran a number of investment vehicles in which he was and is the principal investor.
He started his career at Citibank in Milan in 1989 as an Italian Equity Research Analyst. He then moved to Gemina Credit Lyonnais in Milan in 1991 where he was the Head of the Italian Research team. In 1992, Roberto joined Giubergia Warburg to cover the same role.
In 1999, Roberto co-founded Kairos Investment Management (today Kairos Julius Baer), to be its Chief Investment Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Kairos Investment Management, London. He was the Portfolio Manager of various funds managed by the Kairos Group and instrumental to the success of the group.
Roberto graduated with honours in Economics from the University La Sapienza in Rome.

Before founding Auriga Partners, Vito was the General Manager at Kairos Asset Management SA in Switzerland. He participated in the establishment of the office in 2006 and was responsible for the development of the Wealth Management and Asset Management activities of the Kairos Group in Switzerland (today Kairos Julius Baer). He was the Head of the Advisory and Portfolio Management and subsequently Responsible for the Wealth Management.
He started his career at Merrill Lynch in Milan in 1999 as Wealth Advisor. He then moved to UBS Wealth Management in Milan in 2001 as Wealth Planner. In 2005 he moved to UBS Wealth Management in Lugano continuing his career as Head of the Wealth Planning and subsequently as Key Client Advisor for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals.
Vito graduated in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan with a specialization in Financial Intermediaries and holds a Master of Science in Corporate Tax Law from SDA Bocconi.

Before founding Auriga Partners in 2019, Edoardo was a Portfolio Manager at Compass Asset Management where he launched and ran a number of investment vehicles together with Roberto Condulmari.
Edoardo began his value investing career in the Equity Research Team at Kairos Investment Management in London in 2013.
Edoardo graduated in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan.

Before founding Auriga Partners in 2019, Giulio was an Investment Advisor at Compass Asset Management where he followed a concentrated portfolio of equity investments for both clients and his own account. In this capacity, he served on the Board of several invested companies to contribute to their value creation.
He started his career in 1990 as an Investment Banker for Credit Agricole in NY to later join Corporate Development at SSCP (Holcim) in Switzerland. In 1996, he co-founded Alerion Industries to later become its Chief Executive Officer and focus it on renewable energy. During his tenure, Alerion Clean Power grew into one of the leading IPPs in Italy. Giulio left Alerion in 2015 following its take-over by a competitor. Through the years, Giulio has served on the Board of numerous other listed companies.
Giulio graduated from Wharton School of Finance of the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MIA from Columbia University.

Before joining Auriga Partners in 2020 as Executive Assistant and Front Office Coordinator, Elena was a Relationship Manager at Kairos Asset Management SA.
She started her career at Julius Baer Fiduciaria SpA in Milan in 2009 as Associate Director, responsible and supervisor for the organization of the daily front office routine work and for the implementing policies and procedures in conformity with the regulations issued by the internal audit and external regulators.
Elena graduated in Business Administration from Cattolica University in Milan.

Before joining Auriga Partners in 2020 as Back Office Responsible, Chiara was at Kairos Asset Management SA as Back Office Assistant, handling the middle and back office activities. She was responsible for the daily portfolio reconciliation and administration.
Chiara graduated in Business Administration from Insubria University in Varese.

Eleonora has started her career in Auriga Partners at the end of 2021 as Financial Analyst.
She holds a Master of Science in Finance with a specialisation in Banking and Finance from the University of Lugano (USI) in conjunction with the University of St. Gallen (HSG), where she defended her thesis on Portfolio Management.
Eleonora also has a certificate from the Swiss Finance Institute (SFI), and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.

Before joining Auriga Partners in 2022 as Financial Analyst & Junior Portfolio Manager, Pietro Simone was Equity Analyst & Fund Manager at Mediobanca SGR in Milan where he began his value investing career in the Core Equity Value Team, covering different sectors and with a focus on the European and Italian equity markets, and where he deepened and specialized in the ESG investing approach. He started his professional career at Deutsche Bank Wealth Management as Banker Analyst and Product Analyst, looking for investment solutions for the HNWIs. Pietro Simone graduated with honors in Management and Business Administration, with a specialization in Finance, from Cattolica University in Milan. He attended Professional Trainings in Fundamental Analytics from UBS Research Academy in London and he holds a Certified Program in ESG Analysis and Investing from MIP – Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Business.
